MARIE A. (FIEGEL) SCHAETTEN, 93 years old of Lindenhurst, IL formerly of Antioch, IL and Trevor, WI passed away Friday March 13, 2009 at the Victory Lakes Continuing Care Center, Lindenhurst. She was born September 28, 1915 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late Edwin and Ethel (Barthel) Anderson. Marie was married to the late Adolph Fiegel and later married Bernard W. Schaetten on May 1, 1965 in Las Vegas, NV.
She was a member of Peace Ev. Lutheran Church in Wilmot, WI and was retired from Sunset Ridge Cemetery in Kenosha, WI.
Survivors include her husband Bernard, a son David (Joyce) Fiegel of Silver Lake, WI, Six grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and a sister Margaret Smith of Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by four stepchildren, Darlene Burchell, Christine Alton, Marcine Reeck and Bernene Kingery.
In addition to her parents and first husband she was preceded in death by a daughter Ida Mae Hull.
