Sparks native, James Burton LaGue, 62, of 803 Green-
brae Drive, died in a Reno hospital Thursday.
LaGue had been a clerk for the Southern Pacific Railroad
for 35 years. A lifetime resident of Sparks, he was a
member of Sparks Sertoma Club, Black Belt American
Judo Association and Brotherhood of Railroad Clerks.
Lague was born Sept. 22 1913, to Hector LaGue and
Mary Ellen Flynn.
Surviving are his widow, Goldie, daughter Gay Crotto
and a son, Herb Lague, all of Sparks; brother, William
Smith and sisters, Elmona McGregor and Sue Jensen, all of
Californa; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
